If you already hold a ZONE Wallet account that has successfully undergone the KYC identity verification, and your identity information is utilized for verification purposes on another account, that specific account will not be able to pass the KYC identity verification process. Consequently, it will be rendered unable to utilize any ZONE Wallet services.
- It is essential to note that only your personal bank account can be linked to your ZONE Wallet. Attempts to link another individual's bank account will not pass the verification procedure, leading to an unsuccessful review for the bank account binding. - Please allow 2-3 working days (excluding holidays) to bind your bank account successfully. Throughout this period, 1 TWD will be transferred to your linked bank account. This transfer aims to ensure the accuracy of the provided information.
- If your bank account name contains 'rare/complex Chinese characters', please consult your bank for the correct character decomposition method and inform our customer service team. This will help ensure successful bank verification.
- For your account security, newly registered members have a daily TWD deposit limit of TWD 100,000 during the first 30 days after account creation. After this initial period, your daily deposit limit will automatically adjust according to your current membership tier.
- Once you meet the relevant upgrade criteria and achieve Lv.3 membership, you will be automatically promoted to the advanced member status. This advancement will unlock additional membership benefits, which will be available to you accordingly.

- The calculation of TWD trading volume solely encompasses transactions between TWD and cryptocurrencies (including buying, selling, and dollar-cost averaging investments), and excludes transactions conducted between cryptocurrencies.
