Thank you for choosing ZONE Wallet as your digital asset trading partner. To ensure you understand our fee structure, we provide detailed information about all service charges below.
1. Buy/Sell Transaction Fees
All buy and sell transaction fees are included in the quoted prices; the prices displayed in the App already reflect these fees.
Supported digital assets:
- BTC
- ETH
- USDT
- USDC
Supported fiat currencies:
- New Taiwan Dollar (TWD)
2. Dollar-Cost Averaging (DCA) Fees
In the App, dollar-cost averaging fees are identical to standard buy/sell transaction fees and are incorporated into the quoted buy and sell prices.
Supported DCA combinations:
- Using New Taiwan Dollar (TWD) to invest in BTC or ETH
- Using USDT to invest in BTC or ETH
- Using USDC to invest in BTC or ETH
Note: Transaction fees are included in the quoted prices. The buy and sell prices displayed in the APP already include transaction fees.
3. Digital Asset Withdrawal Fees
Digital asset withdrawal fees are dynamically adjusted based on current blockchain network congestion to ensure successful transaction completion. Actual fees will be displayed when you initiate withdrawal operations.
Supported withdrawal currencies and networks:
- BTC: Bitcoin (BTC)
- ETH: Ethereum (ERC20)
- USDT: Ethereum (ERC20), Tron (TRC20)
- USDC: Ethereum (ERC20)
Note: We recommend checking current fees before initiating withdrawal operations
4. Service Fee for Easy Earn Subscriptions
- A Service fee will be charged for East Earn subscriptions at a rate of 0.42% of the subscription amount.
- The Service fee will be temporarily debited from the customer’s account at the time of each subscription and will only be officially charged at the end of the subscription phase, after confirming that the customer still maintains the subscription status at that time.
- If the customer selects Auto-renewal for the same Easy Earn product, the Service fee will not be charged again for the renewed portion.
5. TWD Withdrawal Fees
TWD withdrawals are subject to a uniform fee of 30 TWD.
Note: Transfer fees will be automatically calculated and deducted during the transfer process
6. Other Fees
Other fees that may be incurred (such as asset recovery, emergency processing, etc.) shall be subject to the latest official announcements. Related fees will be disclosed before service application to ensure you understand and agree to the relevant fee structure.
6.1 Risk Control Review and Refund Regulations
When user funds require review due to risk control issues and the review results in rejection requiring fund refund:
- Transfer fees incurred for refunds (whether digital assets or TWD) will be charged according to the above withdrawal fee standards
- Related fees will be directly deducted from the refund amount
6.2 Account Termination Regulations
When user accounts cannot continue to be used due to regulatory reporting requirements:
- Transfer fees incurred for moving funds to external exchanges, wallets, or bank accounts shall be borne by the user
- Related fees will be directly deducted from the withdrawal amount
6.3 Handling of Insufficient Assets for Fee Payment
When the above situations (6.1 or 6.2) occur and user assets are insufficient to pay required transfer fees:
- Users must transfer additional assets to cover the fees before withdrawal operations can be completed
- If assets are below the minimum withdrawal amount and cannot be withdrawn, users must also supplement to the withdrawable amount
- If users choose not to supplement the amount to pay fees and fail to address this within the specified time after ZONE Wallet notification, it will be deemed as abandonment of those assets

- All fee rates may be adjusted based on market conditions, with advance notice provided before any adjustments
- Digital asset withdrawal fees are dynamically adjusted based on blockchain network conditions
