When using various functions on the ZONE Wallet platform, invoices will be issued according to the type of operation. The method for calculating the invoice amount may differ depending on the service. The following explains the invoice issuance process for different transaction types:
Invoice Issuance Schedule and Quantity
ZONE Wallet will consolidate and settle the previous day's transactions daily and issue invoices on the following day. We consolidate the fees into two main categories, resulting in a maximum of two invoices issued per day:
I. Transaction Fees and Payment Processing Fees:
This invoice includes the following four service fees.
Items Covered: Buy/sell transaction fees, Smart DCA plan transaction fees, Easy Earn service fees, and crypto transfer fees.
Amount Calculation Method:
Buy/Sell & Smart DCA: The transaction fee is 0.2%, which combined with related operational costs, results in a total invoice amount of approximately 0.2% ~ 2% of the transaction value.
Easy Earn Service Fee: 0.42% of the subscription amount.
Crypto Withdrawal Fee: Automatically adjusted based on the status of the underlying main chain at the time of withdrawal.
II. TWD Withdrawal Payment Processing Fee:
This invoice amount is fixed for TWD withdrawal processing.
Items Covered: TWD withdrawal processing fee.
Amount Calculation Method: A fixed fee of NT$30 is charged per TWD withdrawal.
Invoice Amount Details and Calculation Breakdown
The following provides a detailed explanation of the invoice amount calculation methods for the two categories mentioned above:
Invoice One: Fees Related to Buy/Sell, Smart DCA, Easy Earn, and Crypto Withdrawal
This invoice consolidates all four service fees related to virtual asset transactions.
Buy/Sell and Smart DCA
The invoice amount is 0.2% ~ 2% of the transaction value, which includes the transaction fee, taxes, and related operational costs.
Easy Earn Service Fee
ZONE Wallet charges 0.42% of the subscription amount as a service fee, which constitutes the invoice amount. The service fee is converted to New Taiwan Dollars (TWD) based on the current exchange rate before the invoice is issued.
Note: No service fee is charged for renewals/re-subscriptions; therefore, no invoice will be issued for renewals.
Crypto Withdrawal Fee
The fee is automatically adjusted based on the status of the underlying main chain at the time of your crypto withdrawal and is converted to TWD based on the current exchange rate before the invoice is issued.
Invoice Two: TWD Withdrawal Fee
When you execute a TWD withdrawal on ZONE Wallet, a fixed fee of NT$30 is charged as a processing fee, and the invoice is issued for this amount.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q1: Why is the invoice amount different from the transaction amount?
The invoice amount is calculated based on the fees and operational costs incurred during the service process, not based on the virtual asset price or the total transaction value. Therefore, it will not be the same as the transaction amount.
Q2: Why do I sometimes not receive an invoice?
ZONE Wallet consolidates the previous day's transaction fees and processing fees to issue invoices. Therefore, if the consolidated invoice amount or tax amount for the previous day is less than NT$1, an invoice will not be issued, as per regulations.
Q3: Can external coin prices or other platform prices be used to estimate the invoice amount?
No. The invoice amount reflects the service processing costs, not the market price. Therefore, external coin prices cannot be used to estimate the invoice amount.
Q4: Why do invoices issued at different times show different amounts for the same transaction value?
When services are provided at different times, discrepancies may arise due to variations in processing procedures or operational conditions (e.g., fluctuating virtual asset withdrawal fees). This is considered normal.
