Terms of DCA Investment Plans

Before you mandate ZONE Wallet Platform (the "Platform") to regularly purchase specified virtual assets with fixed amount under the designated conditions selected by you (the "Service"), please thoroughly read, understand, and agree to comply with the following terms (these "Terms"):

1. You agree and understand that before using the Service, you have carefully read the explanations and related information on the Service page. In addition, after understanding the risk of each investment, you have prudently evaluated your own situation and your risk tolerance before deciding to use the Service.
2. You agree and understand that you must pass the identity verification (KYC) procedures required by the Platform before using the Service. You also agree and understand that during your use of the Platform, you should also comply with other Zone Wallet internal risk control measures or qualification requirements (if any) in addition to the aforementioned restrictions.
3. You agree and understand that the Platform, as per your mandate, will generate a purchase order for the specified virtual assets with a fixed periodic frequency according to the fixed amount and quantity conditions set by you on the Platform (an "Order"). The transaction price of an Order shall be based on the buying price of the designated assets as shown at the time such Order is executed on the Platform.
4. The amount or quantity of an Order, the frequency options and restrictions in respect of the purchase of the designated assets as mandated by you, the expected point of time for the Platform to execute the Order, and other rules or explanations in relation to the Service have been stated on the transaction page. You should ensure that you have fully read and understood all necessary information before placing an Order.
5. The Platform cannot guarantee that your Order will be executed under every circumstance. When your order is not successfully executed, the Platform will, based on the respective circumstance, take the action below in response to the non-execution:
   1. If the Platform fails to execute a planned Order due to maintenance, repair, system errors, or other issues, the Platform will execute such Order at a specific time on the same day after resolving such issues. If the issues described herein cannot be resolved on the same day, the Platform will continue to execute the Order on the next expected transaction day of the following cycle.
   2. If your account balance is insufficient, resulting in a non-execution for a planned Order, the Platform will continue to execute such Order on the next expected transaction day of the following cycle. If the above situation leads to a continuous occurrence of such non-execution for a certain number of times (which shall be determined according to the information on the relevant website of the Service), the Platform will actively terminate the Service with you and will no longer execute your Order.
6. You undertake and warrant that before using the Service, you have properly and prudently planned your investments in virtual assets and comprehensively assessed the transaction risks based on your risk tolerance.
7. You agree and understand that the virtual assets purchased by the Platform as mandated by you are considered your proprietary assets and that you shall solely bear any investment risks or enjoy any benefits arising therefrom. The Platform does not promise you any guaranteed profits, earnings, and/or minimum returns, or make any similar commitments or guarantees to you.
8. Anything not covered in these Terms shall be governed by the ZONE Wallet User Terms; the Platform reserves the right to modify and terminate these Terms at any time.
